These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of arogya.namogange.org and to registration for Arogya Sangoshthi, organised by Namo Gange Trust ("we", "us"). By using the website or registering, you agree to these terms.

Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. A registration is confirmed only after successful payment, where a fee applies.
Each delegate pass is for the named delegate only and gives access to the days and sessions included in the selected pass.
For group registrations, the person registering is responsible for the accuracy of every member's details.
We may ask for identification, or proof of eligibility for a discounted category, at the venue.

Fees and payment

Fees are shown on the registration page and are charged in Indian Rupees. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Conduct at the conference

Delegates are expected to behave respectfully towards speakers, staff and other participants and to follow venue rules. We may refuse entry or remove anyone whose conduct is unsafe or disruptive, without a refund.

Programme changes

Speakers, sessions, timings and the venue may change for reasons beyond our control. We will inform registered delegates of any significant change.

Photography and recording

Photographs and videos may be taken at the conference and used to report on and promote the event. Let us know at the registration desk if you do not wish to be photographed.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, logos and images, belongs to Namo Gange Trust or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Papers and presentations remain the property of their authors, who allow us to publish abstracts and selected material in connection with the conference.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, or for loss of or damage to personal belongings at the venue. Our total liability for any registration is limited to the fee paid for it.
