Refund Policy

Effective date: 17 October 2026

This Refund Policy applies to delegate registrations for Arogya Sangoshthi, organised by Namo Gange Trust.

Cancellation by the delegate

Cancellation requests must be sent by email to info@arogyasangoshthi.com from the email address used for registration, quoting the Delegate ID.
Requests received 30 days or more before the event are refunded after deducting payment gateway and processing charges.
Requests received less than 30 days before the event are not refundable.
No refund is given for no-shows or for days of a pass that are not attended.

Transfer of registration

Instead of cancelling, a registration may be transferred to another person in the same category, at no extra cost, up to 7 days before the event. Write to us with the new delegate's details.

Cancellation by the organiser

If the conference is cancelled by the organiser, registered delegates receive a full refund of the registration fee. If it is postponed, registrations remain valid for the new dates, or a refund can be requested within 15 days of the announcement.
